    This is your warning NOT to use Two Men and A Truck, especially this location! My fiancé and I hired two men and a truck to help us move out of our apartment to a house that we just bought. We purposely hired movers to carry the larger items such as our bedroom set, dining room tables, ect. Immediately after they left our house, I noticed a huge deep scratch in our hardwood floors. I called them right away and filled out the paperwork and gave them all the requested information. Over a week went by with no updates, so I contacted Justin again. He indicated that he still needed to reach out to his floor person. I finally got a call that day and set up the consultation. The gentleman at the company indicated that they had scratched our floor through the color and to make it right our wood floors would need to be refinished. Almost our entire downstairs are the wood floors so for them to match all the floors needed to be refinished. Justin did contact me afterwards and indicated that he wanted to get another quote but assured me that this would be fixed and taken care. I had to schedule ANOTHER person to come out and he told me the exact same thing. DAYS went by with no updates from Justin even thought he told me that as soon as he got the second quote, he would sign off on it and allow us to schedule the refinishing. Finally, I get a response back saying “I went to the GM and the owner and we are not going to fix your floors. We only scratched one area and are not liable for the whole floors.” Mind you this was not even a phone call, just an email telling me they will not fix them, and they will give me $2300. After speaking with the GM who was kind, he indicated that he spoke with the owner and it was her who was refusing to pay to make this right. While I understand this is an expense for them, it is not my fault they scratched our floors and the way to fix them is expensive. The owner of this location clearly cares more about lining her pockets then making things r

    To Whom it May ******** We appreciated ********* business. As always, our hope is to make a stressful time less stressful for our clients. We apologize for the scratch on our hardwoods, and our intention is to make it right, based on the guidelines of our agreement and responsibility. The ultimate determination came from the depreciation of the client's flooring. We were responsible and owned the damage to the floor, but we are not responsible for the depreciation of her floors in their entirety. Since we could not repair the damage we caused, we went with the compensation route stated in the **** Our corporate home office also spoke to the client and supported us in stating that we proceeded with all of the correct processes. Ultimately, the quote to repair the floor was $2,850, resulting with client being compensated at almost 82% of the costs of her entire flooring.We hope this is helpful, and we wish ******* all the best in her new home.
