Contacted CCS Painting on October 10th regarding the blotchy appearance of each plank. The stain color is jagged and aesthetically unappealing in each plank. On October 12th, ****, employee of CC'S Painting, inspected the fence. That same day CC'S Painting emailed a new proposal to add an additional coat at a cost of $749.05. This is outrageous. CCS Painting did not do the job properly the first time and now they want to charge me to do the job a second time?! When speaking to ***** Check on October 22nd, he refused to honor the guarantee to fix any problems within the first six months. He blamed the fence for the poor stain appearance instead of owning up to his employee's poor job in applying the stain.The problem appeared after 3 days. We did contact ***** Check to fix the problem and he adamantly demanded we pay for another coat.
