On 2/9/23 we hired IHN for an emergency plumbing issue. The company came and fixed the plumbing issue however they needed to tear out the concrete outside and replace it, with the cold weather the concrete started to fall apart within the first month. We had contacted them immediately and they said they would fix it. We have been calling for months and they just keep telling us were on their radar to get it fixed. Im just trying to get them to come out and fix the broken down concrete walkway which is directly in the front of our business. Im not looking for any money compensation, I just want the walkway fixed properly so I dont have to pay another contractor to come and fix what we have already paid for with them. We have already paid $50,975.00 and for that amount of money the walkway should not be falling apart.

We went above and beyond what we were contracted to do. When we arrived at the property to try to please her, we were thrown off of the property. She has called and demanded us to remove all of our previous work and redo it. That is not warranted.
