Was having trouble with my heating propane furnace. The repair man, 26 year old never went to any school for hvac. Came hear he by passed the safety wires said it be OK til I purchase a new furnace from his company for $4000.00......he charged me $155.00 to tell me I need a new furnace. I got a 2nd opinion from a professional hvac.. told me my furnace was like in new condition, just needs a good cleaning. I haven't used my propane furnace for 12 years , because I used wood. So it is in very good shape.. I do not need a new furnace. All I'm asking for is the $155.00 back. Also I contacted the repair guy from Hansen the next day told him the furnace was still not working not working correctly he replied in a text. It's confirmed you need a new furnace. That's when I reached out to get a second opinion. Furnace is working great now after a certified hvac tech cleaned it correctly.Business response

The "repair man" - first off, is 28, secondly he never told the customer that he did not go to school for HVAC. He has been to numerous training classes, so I'm not sure what the customer is talking about.
The customer should have contacted the office if there was a problem, not reached out to the service tech directly. Had he done so, I would have been more than willing to address his "complaint". This should have never escalated to getting the BBB involved when it could have easily been corrected with a simple phone call.
