I purchased some items on pawstar.com the website advertises that items in stock will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after purchasing the items and the items not being shipped or receiving any documentation about the items being shipped I contacted the customer service I responded with a generic response after responding to that response telling them I would like specific details on my specific order they informally that my order would be shipped on December 3rd more than a month after I originally placed the order which clearly is not what they advertise on their website at this point I believe that they are false advertising to get people to buy their items and then give generic response and emails after customers contact them that way they do not have to actually respond directly to customers the order number for my order with pawstar.com is M2111233251 The amount I paid for my order is $145.75
