On Wednesday May 24th I towed my vehicle to the Van **** dealership for an engine diagnostic test to be done. On Tuesday May 29th they began the repairs. On Friday June 2nd, I was told the repairs were all done and I paid them over $2400 dollars for repairs that night. Instantly before I could even leave the parking lot of the dealership my check engine light was still on along with my vehicle having acceleration issues. My car immediately started jerking whenever I tried to accelerate. I brought my vehicle back on Saturday June 3rd and I told them about the issues I was experiencing. They checked for more codes and told me a new spool valve was needed. After they installed that new part I was told my vehicle should drive fine. After this second service was completed, I noticed once again that my car was still not fully repaired and the check engine light was still on. Immediately upon acceleration my vehicle would make a very loud humming/rattling noise. I returned to the dealership on Monday June 5th and explained the noise I was hearing as well as the check engine light that was still on. They informed me that the noise was being created by a part called the "heat sheet". They told me they were going to cut it off and after that I should no longer hear the noise. After this third service from ************ my vehicle still was experiencing the same sound upon acceleration. I immediately called them after I pulled off and informed them that the noise was still an issue. I was told they were going to call me back. I never received a call back that day. I called again on Tuesday June 2nd to inquire about my vehicle. They scheduled me for a test drive with a tech on Friday June 9th. After the test drive the tech told me it was an issue with the exhaust pipes and I would have to schedule service. On June 19th, 2023, my vehicle began experiencing the same jerking motions upon acceleration, just like on June 2nd. I do not wish to return. I would like a complete refund.Business response
