    *********************** and *************************** took my 2006 saturn vue into their possession in august of 2021 after something broke on it in their possession in *****. Upon returning **** told me it would be 6 weeks until they could fix it because of how long the part would take and they would need to fix it on their own time. they explained to me that the wrong piece was fixed the first time so they were waiting for the correct piece. In the mean time they both blocked me from social media contact and did not keep me in the loop of what was going on. Weeks had past and so my friends stopped into the business and checked to see when it would be ready. we were informed that we could not be on the property so i informed the local pd that i wanted my house key ect off my keys that were in the possession of the business. **** tried contacting while i was at work so i contacted him back . since i did not have a vehicle i worked over time and saved to buy another one in the mean time waiting for them to fix my current one. i continued to be told it would be fixed and that they were just waiting on the part. In November **** told me that the tracking showed my part being in ********** so once it arrived it would be getting fixed and **** asked if i **** like to see the inside of my transmission i said no i really didnt care i cared that my care needed to get fixed that they had it since august and i was making payments on it. I have not heard anything from either of them since on my car. In decemeber **** told me him and **** were having issues and he was not at the business anymore. Today I arrived home on February 11th *********************************************************************** the ignition things missing out of it . never got a call ect. this is not how a business is ran or how you treat customers let alone a customer that you fixed the wrong part on a vehicle they broke driving it .
