      On July 21, 2021 I ordered a vehicle information report from Galen's Tag Service, LLC. To date I still have not received the report and the company is not answering any messages left nor responding to emails. I am a retired **************** working for the *************************, attached to the **** Rappahannock is why I have not filled this complaint sooner. Attached is the original email trail giving my order number, ETC from the company. Thanks.

      We received an email from the customer today. The customer was contacted via phone shortly after receiving the email.
      We discussed that the information that was supplied by the customer was not correct and needed to be corrected before we could complete the services that he would like to have done for his vehicle. He was also told that he has not been charged for any services to date. He did not realize that and was told that if he found something different, please let me know.

       

      Per his request, he would like the information corrected, so he can have the decoding service completed. 
      Going forward, I told him I would have some results for him to review later this week.

      - Placed order for fender tag for car project in November of 2022 - Provided a credit card number and was quoted $550 for fender tag - No fender tag was generated after one year - Hundreds of phone calls to Galen's Tag Service were made, however there was usually no answer at the business (2022 - 2023)- ***** made empty promises that I should get the tag next week on multiple occasions (2022 - 2023)- ***** said that she would drop the price because I have been so patient (October 2023)- ***** said she had to find a new vendor for the tags (July 2023)- ***** said that I was on the top of the list of many to get my tags (October 2023)- Sent Galen Tag Service multiple emails asking about the status of my fender tag with out response (2022-2023)- Huge delay in my project as I wait for the fender tag - Need to have my fender tag manufactured and shipped to me. I am glad to pay the cost to get it, but I need it immediately. I should not have to wait a full year after ordering it.

      Hi, on (11/2016) I paid $500 for tags that I never received, last time I talked ***** she told me they were almost done? I haven't heard from GTS in over a year. I have been calling and Emailing with no response. Is GTS still in business? PLEASE let me know that they are still going to get done.       His order has been processed and sent via priority mail.  He has been provided with the tracking number of the package via mail and text on his cell phone.

      He will advise when he received the package.

      I wanted to get a trim tag Ive been getting the run around for over a year they have all my information if they cant make my tag they need to send me all my car information that was given to them and I will go somewhere else they dont even answer the phone for me anymore

      We have spoken to customer and are working this request for him.  To date he has not been charged any fees.

      If we can't complete the order, we will notify the customer.

      Requested a fender tag decode in June of 2018. They told me there was a wait of 3-4 months due to previous obligations. No worries, called/emailed every 4-6 months and to check in and was told (when they would answer) it was in work still. Fast forward to the summer of 2020 I finally get draft documents for my approval, 48 hours later I email them to say no issues. Now August of 2022 I'm no closer to getting anything than I was in June of 2018. All I ask is for them to return emails or calls and to do what they promised to do.

      8/30/2022--Per my phone conversation with Mr. ****** today, the documents will be shipped today via priority mail.  The priority mail tracking number has been sent to Mr. ****** via text and via email.  Signed copies of the documents have been sent to Mr. ****** via text as well.  Mr. ****** will contact me when he has received the package to make payment.
