I stayed at the hotel from 9/8/23 - 9/10/23. After checking in and having my credit card charged, I was given the guest folio showing the charges. I saw that I was charged twice for 9/8/23 and they had me checking out on 9/11 not 9/10. I spoke with the front desk who said they could not correct it and had to wait for a manager to do so on Monday. When I left on 9/10, I asked the front desk to forward me a copy of the updated invoice once corrected. I called at least 4 times over the next several weeks and each time the person stated a manager would have to adjust the bill and they would call me back. I also emailed twice. I have not yet received any call back or a credit to my credit card. A friend, *******************************, made a group reservation for several rooms. I paid for the room I stayed in, room 210.
