Mano Fencing installed a small portion of fence For us at the end of April. We pay $2000. My neighbor came down the day of installation and seen the back side of the a couple of the post's at thebottom were warped and not fastened to post. I reached out to them within A-day and a 1/2 to let them know. I reached out to them several times before they finally said to send pictures. I did and they sent somebody out weeks later and fixed areas that were not even in the picture. just a couple of Boards. I reached out again and sent more pictures and was promised that the owner would call me. Wanted to meet with him in person to show him but they said they don't have time. I was also finally promised that they would be out to fix the repairs and that there was an order written up for the repairs to be done next time there in the neighborhood. I was cordial and polite and waited many many weeks. After Labor Day which was 4and a 1/2 Months after the initial install and 2 months after they promised to come out and fix it I gotta text message saying the owner came out to look at it and said they're not fixing it there was nothing wrong with it. We waited all summer. At that point I was angry and use some nasty words and told them I no longer want them to fix my fence anyways but I will have it repaired and they will cover the cost. Not asking for the full amount back but I'm asking for them to pay for something they didn't want to do because it meant Taking a large portion of a fence apart. The way they have left us hanging and not wanted to talk to us in person has been so unprofessional. You buy a Cedar fence so you don't have to replace it for a long time so when a board is pulled away from the post from the day it was installed as not acceptable. I have Witness that seen it the day of installation and is the one that caught the the bad material. I also can reach out and get phone records of when I called called them and I still have my text feed from them.
