On February 8,2024, I paid a deposit of $75.00 to a hair beautician, working under the business/company name of CrownOnLoc. This business is advertised on ********* TikTok, and SquareSpace.com. The money was paid for braiding hairstyling through acuity: scheduling. The appointment was set for Friday, February 9th. I communicated directly with the beautician and the appointment was rescheduled for Saturday, February 17th. This was confirmed through direct text messaging. On the date of the appointment the beautician was not available at the location provided, and has not answered calls or text messages. The beautician that was there only commented that the person I was looking for doesnt work here. The associated acuity scheduling webpage has been deactivated.Customer response
