            On August 19th 2023 we hosted a meeting/event there.... At time of arrival premise was dirty and we had to get the place vacuumed. After the event we went to the counter to get deposit back and was told to come back on Monday we returned on Monday and no manager was in..... returned back 8 other times and was never able to find the manager... left my phone number and name to get a call of when I could possibly meet her and never received a phone call... based on this information I continued to come back... and finally met the manager ******** who told me my deposit no longer existed as it was only kept for 48 hrs... I mentioned to her why this info would have not been relayed to me... and she said she didn't know... then I proceeded to ask so what happens to the deposit or who do I contact as I have been back and was unable to find her the manager... she said all deposits are give to the owner ******* and to send out an email which I did with no response to ********************************************************** I told her this was for herself and she said the owner sees all of her correspondence. Whether this is true or not I don't believe it is right to ask for a cash deposit and then make it so difficult for it to be retrieved. This is very unethical and it is hard earned money and would like my money back.
