An agent, *************************, from Coldwell Banker in ****** ** was working on selling my home at ********************************************. He was the only person who possessed the key, in order to show perspective buyers the house. Upon the retrieval of my key, I entered my property to find many of my belongings missing, two of which had significant value, and we're extremely important to me. One was a silver cross necklace, and the other was also a silver cross necklace, in which had a small glass circle where you could look inside and read the Lord's Prayer. Other items consisted of a very large collection of CD's and DVD's, an expensive backpack, articles of clothing, an antique flower pot, a leather purse containing a wallet (no money inside, but the purse and contents were given, to me, by a very good friend, who passed away shortly afterwards).I cannot place a monetary value on my items, but I can tell you that they were personal items, belonging to me, that had very special meaning to me, and I am appalled that a professional realtor would even consider doing such a thing to clients who put their trust in a realty company, and it's employees. My neighbors (one, of which is my daughter) on both sides of my house, as well as the ones across the street were keeping an eye on my house, while I was not there, and the fact that none of them seen anything out of the ordinary, makes me believe the incidents occurred during the night when everyone was asleep.I wish to get my belongings back, however, I feel that many of them were most likely sold, and that my silver necklaces were probably sold to a pawnshop. This, of course, is just my thinking, and I do realize I could be wrong.I do, however, strongly believe that it had to be Coldwell Banker Realty agent, *************************, is responsible for my my stolen property cause:#1 He was the only person In possession of my key #2 He broke his contract with me, giving me no valid reason why Please help with resolution
