      I purchased a pair of work boots 2 weeks ago at the *******, ** store. I was given a receipt that is a proof of purchase, and not an itemized credit card receipt.I did not realize this until earlier this week, when I went to expense the purchase through my works portal. I expensed the purchase with what I had, and my work rejected the purchase saying the value on the receipt and the actual charge dont match.I contacted the store, and they sent me the same proof of purchase receipt, and said it was purchased in January and they cannot access receipts from the prior month.I called their customer service number and the person said oh sure give me a second, Ill get you your receipt. Then comes back and said that she needed to contact the store regarding the purchase, that something looked weirdMy purchase charged my business card $137, and the proof of purchase. receipt I was given reflects $220.I am not asking for a refund, a credit, or anything. I just need a receipt that is itemized and reflects what I paid.

      I do sincerely apologize for the hassle of this. Each avenue you pursued previously should have been able to provide you this information. I will personally reach out to the parties involved to ensure that they are retrained on how to provide this information.

      I have attached an itemized receipt as you originally requested. It shows that there was your original purchase that you utilized to receive half off on this purchase. At the bottom it reflects that your credit card was charged $137.15.

      Please let me know if there is anything further that I can assist you with. Again, I do sincerely apologize.
