Ordered a Commercial Store front sign from *******'s Signs. Items fell off the sign, and the 3m laminate peeled **. Supervisor onsite visit, repaired some of the fallen items, and advise the sign is still under warranty. After departing, no follow up of any kind or warranty work was performed. Messages left on voicemail, email, and with escalation to the owner, have gone without a response. Requesting a call back and warranty work performed. Following the supervisor *************************, agreed to send photos, but received nothing.Business response

Good afternoon, I did reach out to ************ today and we have rectified the problem. To clarify , the sign had a two warranty, contract written, and has been installed since 2017. A point of info that he neglected to mention anywhere. Our crew will go out and and trim back a couple of pieces that are coming off and apply a liquid laminate to help protect the graphic surface. ************ has agreed to this as a satisfaction to his complaint. We've just celebrated our 75th year in business and this is our first BBB notice. A bit disappointing that he did not try and contact me directly before giving us a 1 star goole review and filing this complaint, though he says he did. It would have been taken care of just as fast had he tried a bit harder. Did he file a complaint against 3M? it is their product. He did try and reach out to them and they did NOT return his calls.I hope this brings this complaint to a close. We plan to try and get our there next week to get this taken care, but we need a cloudy and cooler day. His sign is in direct sunlight for a better part of the day and is very dark. It absorbs all sorts of heat. Please let me know what the next steps are after we satisfy My ****.
