I recently made a purchase from Totally Tomatoes and the product I received did not match the description shown on their site. It was not the correct size and did not contain the items listed. I contacted them and explained the issue and was told to contact the manufacturer as they were a third party seller. I explained that I had purchased the product from them, through their website and paid them for it. The lady told me that she had already explained that they were a third party seller and could not help me. I asked if they were going to refund my payment and she said "that would not happen". When I suggested that I may need to call my bank and cancel the charges, she said that would be fine that she had made a note that she explained that they are a "Third Party Seller" and would share that with my bank..??So BUYER BEWARE about this company. Their advertisement that "They want you to be 100% satisfied" is totally BUNK!!!Review from Susan L

I have been ordering seed from TT for years but no more. I placed a web order on 1-10-24. all but one item (Rutgers tomato seed) received promptly. Today I went to plant the Rutgers seeds and realized I had not received. Called and was told 100% crop failure. I asked when was TT going to notify its customers and I was told they wouldn't, there would be thousands of customers to contact and they couldn't do that. Really, in this age of electronic mail and texting? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was told I'd be refunded the price of the seed, but the customer service rep on the phone was unable to tell me if I've been refunded yet, I was told to "look at my credit card statement". Wow, again, in this day and age electronic communication. We order 1000's of seeds each year from multiple companies, unfortunately this was the last year we placed an order with TT. Very poor germination rate on my order. Just spent over 30 minutes on hold to talk to customer service and when I finally got to an actual person a few seconds into the call she hung up or we were disconnected. Done with this company. There are plenty of other places to get my veggie garden seeds.Review from Lori S

I was so excited to finally get my seeds. I ordered several different varieties. When I started them, I thought to myself that they didn't look like tomato plants but continued to let them go only to have raised some grass and succulents. This is the worst seed company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Review from Alan G

I've been buying from Totally Tomatoes for years with no problems. This year I bought tomato and pepper cages and some seeds. I was charged for the full order. Received the cages, no seeds. When I emailed them asking about when I might get the second shipment, after about 2 weeks with no response they finally came back and said there was no second shipment. When asked about the missing seeds I was given a number for Susan T****. When I tried to call that number it would not go through. Called the main customer service number and was put on perpetual hold. I have asked for a refund for the seeds, but after several days still no response. I will never buy from this company again. It's sad, they were so good.
