Terrible customer service and the warranty is a joke. These guys are scammers and told me it they wanted a $50 testing fee after they had already tested my injector that they asked me to send so they could test. Then after I got them to waive their $50 fee they told me shipping would be $40 for 1 injector. It cost me $8 to ship it to them with the post office and they said they can't ship injectors through the post office. They're probably gonna prove me right by responding to this review saying that those are standard rates or try and say that they did tell me even though they didn't. I have all of our communications in writing. The owner is also confrontational and rude if you call about a warranty claim. Don't waste your money with these guys. Just in case they try and say I never ordered ******* is the order number. This is not the service I expect from a company that charges $3000 for an order. If they have any honesty they will refund the excess amount they charged me for shipping.Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of new aftermarket injector lines for my duramax diesel truck for $350. They are advertised as having a two year warranty. A year and 6 months into having them on my truck 3 out of the 8 injector lines began leaking on separate occasions leaving me stranded multiple times on the side of the road. This cost me to misses work and spent hundreds on getting local replacements. On top of this they also sold me a defective fuel filter adapter that leaked since day one rendering my truck unable to start after shutting it off. I had to open my good and pump the air out of the fuel line just to get my truck to start. After removing the filter adapter and replacing it with the factory fuel filter my problems instantly went away. I am a journeyman red seal mechanic that works on vehicles for a living which is the only reason I didn't have to spend hundreds getting the truck diagnosed at a shop. When I confronted the business about my issues they advised me that they would NOT be sending me ANY replacement fuel lines and all they could do about the fuel filter is send me a new rubber o-ring to help seal the fuel filter adapter. I was told the o-ring would be shipped to my address and to this day I have not recieved it. Not only did they lie to me they have not honored their warranty. I had to pay upwards of $500 to replace the fuel lines myself and have to eat the $100 cost of the fuel filter adapter which now sits in my garage collecting dust. All in all I lost over $450 usd from the parts I ordered from them and another $500 to pay to replace the lines. I am dumbfounded as to why they would completely dismiss my claim and tell a qualified mechanic they are in the wrong. I have not been successful in resolving this issue with customer service as it is almost non existent.Business response

*******, per our last conversation we had discussed that we would cover the (3) lines that you had leaking once we received them back at our facility. We also discussed that warranty only covers the defective part and that I can not warranty out the remaining (5) lines as they are in proper working condition. That is the way warranty works with any part in this industry. Example: You buy 4 brand new tires with a warranty and 1 starts wearing incorrectly or has a defect. The tire manufacture is not going to warranty all 4 tires just because you have one defective one. They are only going to cover what was defective. As for the fuel filter housing, I did in fact mail 3 replacement o-rings via First Class Mail. Using First Class Mail was a poor judgment on my part as I put too much trust in the postal service to do their job. I do take full responsibility for this misjudgment and should have sent the o-rings Priority so that there would be a tracking number to keep an eye on the package. Until seeing this message, I had not known that you never received the envelope.
