      I ordered a wood burning fireplace in August 2023. Paid cash up front. Did not receive my fireplace until Nov. 3, 2023. When I picked it up ************************* informed me the assembly blower was not there which I already paid $599.00 for, but would be shipped the following Monday. It was not shipped and he would not return my phone call. When I called on my wifes phone he answered. Then told me the same story one more week. Its now almost Dec of 2023 and I still have no blower which is paid for. Also after inspection of the fireplace when I got home I noticed incorrect wiring and missing hardware. I just want the blower I paid for.

      We ordered a wood furnace in October with a promise of ship date by Thanksgiving. No one is returning our calls. We paid the whole cost upfront.

      I purchased a Aquatherm in late February 2021. I installed it the fall of 2021. In January 2022 I started having issues with the blowers. This unit has 2 and both run at the same time. The one in the front of the stove would be running and the back one would kick off but the flapper would stay open causing smoke to be blown out the back of the stove. I received a new blower and replaced the one that the flapper wouldnt close on. Then the front blower started doing the same thing. Then the woodburner started leaking water from the back of the stove and the top where the stove pipe comes in. I had someone weld it at *********************** request and texted an invoice to ************** which has never been paid. See text message dated January 25, 2022. After fighting the woodburner all winter I sent an text to ************** on April 6, 2022 saying I was done fighting this woodburner and I didnt want a replacement. I tried to arrange pick up but ************** cancelled because he said that it was still under warranty and they would repair it. on July 27, 2022. After much debate I sent ************** an email on August 12 saying I would send it back for repair. ************** has not responded to any of the text messages or emails. According to ************** Aquatherm will make it right with me which has not happened. The last time we spoke he told me that I had 2 options. One was to return for warranty repair or I could send it back they would repair and they would resell it and if they didnt get enough money out of it I would be outta luck. I did sent ************** an email on August 12 with a list of issues and what needed to be done for the warranty repair. I have heard nothing since. I have called and left messages. At this point I want my money refunded and if ********* wants this woodburner back they can have it. I have spent much money trying to keep this woodburner running including water bills, electric *************** and this product in my opinion is defective.

      On 1/8/2021 a wood boiler was purchased and on 2/18/2021 another wood boiler was purchased...both to be delivered at the same time (one boiler for ********************* and the other for *********************************** ***** did the purchasing...both boilers were paid for with a discover card. delivery was attempted in May 2021 but was refused as both of the boilers were damaged...Royall rec'd the boilers and made repairs... Supposedly there were shipped out again within the last week, however "we" cannot obtain information regarding a tracking number...have attempted contact with Royall however, no response from the salesperson, *******************. The attempts have been several....even spoke to person in accounting, who advises that she would get a message to ***** Looking for any help that can be given in this issue. Thank you for your time.
