    We purchased cabinets from this company. When we received the cabinets they were not what was ordered. We were told we were getting top of the line cabinets and these are far from it. Almost every single cabinet we ordered came in wrong. The color is not what expected but i was willing to deal with that. We have no date of delivery for replacement. I spoke with the sales manager today and he informed me he can not help me with anything. Can not give me a date and not willing to discuss anything with me. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES TEAM IF CAN NOT BE HELPED. this company is horrible. Horrible quality and customer service. Not willing to make things right or even look up my order to see if it was entered in correctly. I would like this to be resolved! We need a rep out , someone willing to check order and more so to make things right. The sales manager was horrible to speak to. Not one answer was given to me.

    Good afternoon

    after investigating this complaint i have no records of any No Charge Replacement orders in for this job form our customer as to what the issues are with this order.

    reading the complaint it looks like the order was ordered thru a dealer who we sell to and that the color was ordered from pictures in a Coffee Table Brochure. we provide colors samples to our dealer that are actual representations of the color on the desired species of wood that customer is interested. we would not warrant any incorrect color that is ordered from a picture. form what I have gathered by investigating the designer from the dealership did visit the job site and I did not receive any NCR request after the visit. if there is a legitimate issue with the manufacturing of the cabinetry the home owner must deal with thru the dealer, as we have sold these to the dealership, again if there is an issue we do have a process in place that we have to go thru to come up with a reasonable solution to the issues. please reach out to your dealership that they cabinetry was purchased from and they can submit the correct documents along with pictures of the issues so we can review the problem and decide what is needed to be done and come to a solution.
