            I ordered a set of 4 black SUV wheels from this company doing business as a seller called wheelcitymn on **** for my wife for Christmas. They sent me 3 black wheels and 1 silver wheel. I paid in full and have sent proof of payment and delivery. ******'s only response to me was that they have no record of me purchasing through them even though I contacted them through the "my purchases" portal on ****. I have provided proof of purchase, photos of the wrong product sent, proof of delivery and payment, and have attempted to receive information about filing a warranty. **** verified that the purchase was through them. I tried numerous times to contact them and they have ignored every attempt. This seller is dishonest and does not respond to messages. I had to order a single wheel off the internet since I can't drive a car with only 3 wheels. I would like a refund of the purchase price of one of the wheels ($344.50).

            Very dissatisfied with Wheel City MN. When I purchased a set of wheels, two were right, the other two were wrong. I told them I needed an estimated time when I would receive the other two wheels, they never replied. Now all four wheels have been sent back for over two weeks and they wont return my emails and they have failed to give me a refund. This has been going on a month this week. As of now, I am out $1283.00. After trying to leave a review of my experience, it was removed from their site 5 days later. No way to warn others.
