01/27/22 invoice # ***** $ ******** at Don ********************** Motors,734 **************************************** ******* the Service Manger.My 2015 GMC ****** **** Denali was taken in on 01/03/22 to have a misfire fixed on #7 cylinder and was told by ******* on 01/27/22 that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and it runs and drives like new (per *******). I drove the truck back to my business 30 miles away and it had the same issues it had when I brought in on 01/03/22 and called ******* the next business day and told her about it and she said to bring back in to get it fixed and I told her I needed a vehicle to drive while they have it again for another 3 to 4 weeks and she said she would have one ready for me. The following day I brought in and she was not there at the time so I talked with a different service person and he said they did not have a vehicle for me to drive so I could not leave the truck with them because I had to be in ********* ** the next day as I did drive down there with my truck but it did brake down while I was there and I was fed up and had it towed to ****************** and after they had it in they said it has a misfire on # 7 which I already knew and they wanted more then the $ ******** that ********************** Motors charged me because they told me the cam shaft should have been replaced when ********************** Motors did it and the cam was not in working order. So I tried to get ******* to credit me back on my credit card for parts and services that failed and misdiagnosed but she basically said NO. I figured my credit card company would back me up but they do not so here I have filing this complaint. I would like a check in the full amount of $ ******** mailed to :********************* ********************* *********, **. ***** If not I will filing suit and adding towing and all fees incurred with my attorney *******************************.
