My husband purchased a **** or ********************************* the fall of 2020. He has had nothing but problems with it since he purchased it. Main Stop looked at it many times and could not find a problem. My husband stated it was losing oil pressure. After many attempts for Main Stop to find the problem, my husband brought it to ************* in ******. He found the truck needed a new engine due to not getting oil changes done. There was a lot of sludge in the engine. We told Main Stop (*****) about it. Initially, he wasn't going to stand behind the truck. We mentioned this has been an ongoing problem since he purchased the truck and Main Stop knew about it. ***** then said they will help pay for half. The truck has been done for approximately 2 months and the repair shop is still waiting for Main Stop to pay their portion. We have tried calling MULTIPLE times with no response back. My husband has left messages for ***** to call, and he gets no response whatsoever from *****. ***** is known to not return phone calls, texts or even answer the phone. The repair shop can not get ahold of ***** either.Customer response
