Jerry's Towing does so many things illegally, it is ridiculous. They drive around looking for cars along the road, and will "steal" any vehicle they come across. They then won't let you know what location they towed your vehicle to (sometimes they choose the farthest location of one of their lots so they can charge more mileage at a rate of $8 per mile). They will let you know the next day so that you have to pay another storage fee of $75 per day. They also charge you an "administrative filing fee" no matter what - which should only be used if the vehicle was towed because it was involved in an accident and photographs were taken for the police. Our vehicle was towed, when we finally found out it was Jerry's who towed it, they wouldn't let us know what location it was, even though we were the registered owners, until the next day. Then when we finally got to get the car back they wouldn't release it because the "price went up." They only accept cash, too. Our car was towed 12 miles for less than 24 hours and we had to pay $631. They were rude, slimy and I hope no one ever has to deal with them. If you have to call for a tow, call ANYONE else but Jerry's. And sit in your vehicle until the right company comes, otherwise Jerry's will "steal" it, saying it looked abandoned.
