Collin was exceptional. He was very through, very knowledgable, and took plenty of time to help us understand the nuance and implications of his findings. He was clearly advocating for us with great candor. Written report was incredibly thorough and detailed. Colin was our inspector and was very easy to work with and completely professional. He didn’t rush through was very thorough and answered all our questions on the spot. Very knowledgeable. The office manager on the phone very polite, cheerful and forthcoming with all information. Report came the next day noting everything we had discussed on site. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Colin at Shamrock Building Inspection Service, and am grateful that he uncovered conditions in my house that I was unaware of, and needed to be fixed urgently. I am convinced of the thoroughness, accuracy and honesty of the inspection and would refer any of my friends to him and his company, whether they were buying or selling a property, or just wanted to ensure the safety and continued value of their home.

Tom was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was attentive to every detail of the property and his explanations of his findings were precise. He gave his time without rushing through the process. I felt assured that he totally held my best interest foremost. The written appraisal is extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend Shamrock and definitely will not hesitate to use again.
