Hello, my family visited the *************** location, only having to check out immediately. Exposed electrical wires, stained sheets, hair on sheets, a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by a wire, a door to the outside that did not latch, and downright filthy conditions overall. We were charged for the stay even though it was too dangerous for my family to stay there. When asked, the manager “Nick” stated that we used the facilities, which he lied about and said we used the pool and the sauna. We used neither and the front desk staff knew this because we denied any pool towels when she asked us. The pool was also filthy and disgusting. This was such a horrendous experience for my family after traveling many hours for a family vacation. The customer service here was atrocious. When I called and asked again to speak to a manager they once again refused. I filed a corporate complaint. I typically do not leave bad reviews but this place is dangerous for kids and the epitome of terrible customer service.Review from Anura R

Horrible place. I checked out at 11.04 am 4 min after check out time the horrible woman forfeited my$60 deposit she charged when I checked in. Police couldn't do nothing said it was a civil matter. All I did was sleep in the room. It was a run down place but I never expected this to happen. Most places have a half hour grace period.Review from Roberta K

The motel was grossly misrepresented by Their website. It looked like a decent place but we were given a room in a dive building behind the motel pictured. The comforter was stained with , the floor was dirty and stained. The cabinet to hold clothes was missing a door and the chair was missing half its upholstery fabric. We had to buy our own pillows and blankets because they were so yellowed with perspiration. The picture is definitely misleading and fraudulent. Ive written to AmeriVu corporate and will post the results of their reaction. Giving even one star is overrating this motel. This is false advertising.
