            This agent is dishonest and disrespectful toward his clients. If you try to collect a direct payment from a no fault accident, from another insurance company for vehicle damages, he will coerce you and lie to your face to get you to agree to accept payment from your personal insurance, saying the other insurance will only reimburse your insurance. This is never true. The other insurance company will pay you directly if you choose. He will tell lies to the American Family Insurance adjuster to intentionally delay the claim process in an attempt to get you to change your mind and allow your insurance to make the initial payment. And when you call him out on the lies, he will talk down to you and tell you to "get on board" to get your payment. Chris ********* is deceitful, dishonest, and disrespectful. He has no remorse about the way he manipulates his clients and will not admit to any wrongdoing, even when it was proven. If shopping for a new insurance/agent, I strongly urge you to choose anyone other than this person.
