If I could rank 0 stars I would the discrimination I faced with my Cardiac Alert service dog tonight may 4th 2024 was awful and nearly caused me to require an ambulance. They came up to complain about my service dog three times then claimed we were rude when we told them their actions were illegal. They claimed they kicked us out due to us being rude when we were nothing but polite. It was a horrible experience. We had been here before with my service dog with out issue in the past. We were told that the second owner had said we had done nothing wrong but we were kicked out anyway. They even removed our ****** reviews to hide that the owner to violated federal law was working the kitchen *******. They kicked myself my mother and my aunt out claiming we were rude when they illegally asked for I'd card for my Cardiac Alert and response service animal. When told to please check ADA.gov the owner who appeared ******************* became rude and belligerent. The sad part is we had been there before with my other service animal with out issue. We went to support our relatives who were playing live music. Witnessed by the female bartender when the male owner stated I would have to sit outside and his attitude when I said I would not do so and it was illegal of him to do that. His words were "these ************ people" he also tried to state that an allergy was the reason when told that was not legal wither he stormed off into the kitchen. They then sent put our food with yet a different worker and asked us to leave claiming they were doing so because we were rude when we were nothing but polite I stating my legal rights to be there. My service dog was quiet sitting in my lap making no noise not touching the table or chairs. We had them refund the food. Then She alerted to a heart and breathing episode where I had to use my inhaler before we could leave. i cant believe a family orientated buisness that is attached to a campground would act in this manner. It's absolutely vile.
