I bought driving licenses for my son in February 2022 who did not get into the classroom until June 2022 and proceeded to schedule driving times with the instructor multiple times for several months, with no such availability with the company. **** the owner/instructor would not take my call or answer emails. When I did get a hold of him after multiple attempts from Sept. 2022- December, 2022 he proceeded to tell me "just have my son contact me, and will set up a time." By this time it was January 2023, and he called me to tell me that it has been a year and I will have to pay an additional $250 for behind the wheel because the contract is only good for one year. I proceeded to tell him that it is not our fault that he did not schedule my son for driving times since I have been contacting him since Sept. 2022. To my better judgment, I paid the $250 to get my son his driving times, but scheduled the times immediately, **** however canceled 5 sessions without informing me. My child drove 10 minutes and he counted it for an hour in one of his sessions. Today, we canceled observing time because of the snowstorm and hazardous road conditions with school closing but proceeded to text my son that he will be charged $54 for canceling without 24 hours' notice. This business is shady and out to nickel and dime the parents, without actually talking to the parents. I have attempted to call and speak with the owner **** on multiple occasions and he simply goes to voicemail and will not respond to texts. This business claims to be *************** organization but doesn't hold true to ********* values.Business response

This student signed up on date 1/27/2022 The ** contracts are good for 12 months.. That's 8 thousand 760 hours. for a 42 hour commitment by ** driving school company. Thus the contract expired on 1/27/2023. The ****** family did not contact ** for any driving the entire year of the validity of their contract. The ****** family finally contacted ** for services on 2/1/2023. Paid the extension fee. ($250) Since the resigning ** Records show ** has driven with ***** three times. 2/7/23 - 2/9/23 - 2/13/23 . ** records also show that ***** his scheduled for three more dates 4/4/23 4/5/23 4/6/23 ALL this information is accessibly on the ** student account that a parent can log in and review. I have No idea why the stink has occurred, BUT obviously ** driving school has no issues with its Customer repour and service. You can ****** ** reviews and see the exceptional service ** has been providing to its customers for 5 years now. I thank you, for your enquiry.
