      I ordered a decorative surf board on May 3rd. My credit card was charged $85 by SeaClusions. The businesses has not sent my order. I have emailed the company over 14 times. The response has been that the wife had a heartattack but the surf board that I had ordered is done and 2X I have been told it will be mailed; even priority mail as of my last email which was the Thursday, May 30th. I asked for a tracking # on Monday, June 3rd, and I have had no response .

      Order ***** was placed 5/11/2023. Since placing the order no other information has been provided on fulfillment of the order. I also paid for express 1 day shipping. Since it has been two weeks that expedited shipping is obviously not happening. Since then I've emailed both of their companies, Seaclusions and the ************** with no response. After doing some research of both of these companies the complaints and grade by BBB is horrible. "***************************" apparently owns these companies but the contact number is invalid/not in service so there isn't another way to contact about this order. This is a seriously sketchy way to do business. I need a refund for this order as soon as possible and dont want to chase this for the next few weeks like a few other customers have dealt with. This isn't a small shell order its a fish mount that's roughly $300. This business needs to be shut down. ZERO communication as well as not fulfilling the services I paid for (Express shipping) is unbelievable.

      I have a few things to say to you but will refrain from it. Number 1 you where refunded 10 min after your first email. Then you send 5 emails in 5 min. Which I responded 4 times to let you know not only that you refunded and canceled order but you did not even read the description on the half mount you ordered it takes 2-3 week before we even ship because these are made to order. We ship over 100 orders a day so we are just found with over ****** positive feedbacks and **** positive feedback on our **** site **** positive on Amazon so Thank you Have a nice day. You have been refunded and order canceled shipped to another customer. In the future it might be a nice idea to read your emails before wasting your time emails thru BBB

      Order # ***** placed on 3/7/23 in amount of $29.35. Originally placed order, they charged my account immediately and order was listed as awaiting shipment for days. I sent three messages inquiring about the shipment, finally a response/excuse of their roof collapsed and would ship it out that day and send tracking, but she never did either. After many more messages to them, the order was finally shipped. Upon receiving my hermit crab shells, they were cracked and not the sizes advertised. They authorized a return on March 20, 2023, I sent all items back, **** tracking says the return was delivered to them on April 3rd. I have sent three messages asking for updates on this return with no response or acknowledgement from them. They have received the returned damaged product, but refuse to answer my messages on an update of this return and have not refunded my purchase. I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave many opportunities for them to correct this and they have not. I would like my refund.

Although they are reporting a false claim that they told me they were looking into it, I accept their resolution of a refund.

This seems to be a scam site, I'm really unhappy. I just wanted a few things for my saltwater tank. Why are people all out there taking advantage of anybody they can. This site needs to come down. I want an explanation!

      Wow sorry we where closed due to our roof collapse from a snow storm just back and up running yesterday, you only sent the message on Thursday night sorry. We ship over 100 orders a day and do not take advantage of anyone nor are we a scam. That being said I refunded your paypal account due to you being so upset sorry life happened. Note it was posted on the site we where closed for 5 days

I want the shells, but I would settle for a refund. I have emailed the company twice through their online contact form and received no response. Yes I have checked my SPAM folders.       So as you know we shipped your order and something is wrong with your address as it came back then you leave messages on face book that are not the name you provided on your order I only know this because you never gave us info on who you where or right order number.       Apparently you must not pay attention to emails or your own records. You where refunded over three weeks ago. As for our records we have an excellent positive feedback we have over ****** positive reviews on website have over **** positive on **** over 767- on Amazon and even more than that.       I ordered hermit crab shells for my classroom in August. Got an update a few days later saying shipment awaiting. My account was charged and I never heard back or received shells. Two months later I tried emailing through both reply ********************************* and through their website ************************* and both emails were bounced back. Read that another teacher had a similar experience so figured it's a scam. If not a scam, just really crummy customer service and don't want to support and want to let others know.
