    i have an account with all my correct information with this company. i have been using their services almost weekly for the past 4 months. post-surgical have had 3 successful deliveries. a very large problem was reexposed after making 4th delivery order and not receiving it as promised. gelow average candor and customer service was accepted although not appreciated several times. also, a 3 specific experiences were exceptional. this 4th delivery was not accomplished by them and held significant health importance to my physical post-surgical complications causing me extra pain and suffering. when placing the order i efficiently double checked with telephone clerk that they had everything they needed to assure delivery. with rushed disdain candor was told "yes, cc ending in xxxx, we have you on file." i thanked her and she hung up without thanking me or saying goodbye. i promise i was not long-winded during ordering nor double checking. upon hanging up figured she may have been busy, but because of several previous experiences suspected it was just poor customer service again. anyway, no delivery. through great physical discomfort arranged a ride and went in person the following day to assure needed products could be used asap. since products were already scheduled for yesterday's delivery and paid for went to front counter and inquired. was told "not our fault- no answer". Not an apologetic nor compassionate gesture given, but rather the all-to-normal disdain and customer was the problem response. i simply smiled and thanked her for the products that had been put on the counter pre-bagged w/stapled receipt from day before. upon turning with my walker to leave no thank you or we're sorry was offered. that can be all fine, however, in the day-and-age of smart phones and doorbells i have proof "no answer" simply wasn't true. i remind the reader 3 successful deliveries were made in the previous 16 days leading up to this so procedures were understood and followed. during the 4 hour delivery window i was glued to both phone and door as my physical discomfort allowed little more then waiting for help, in the form of products, to arrive. Previously arranged directions were not followed by company nor was voicemail or phone call received during or after delivery window. customer, or more accurately self chosen ex-customer now, was blamed with absolutely no suggestion of remorse on behalf of a failed system of delivery. NOT acceptable. Usually have compassion and try to understand, poor training, poor staff, poor procedures/operations, "bad days", and etc. Final assessment this company needs to greatly improve both customer service and operational tasks to come up to the standard the used paid advertising and selected reviews the promote themselves as being.
