    Went into Quality Inn @ location ******************************************************** on 4/30/22. Was told to use choice hotels site to save money (it would be $70 instead of $120). Due to it being after midnight the date selected reverted to a default date a month later instead of that night. I did not stay there that night due to the error as they would not give me the discount. I then e-mailed ************* immediately and repeatedly explaining the situation (the room was booked for the end of May) and they did not respond for multiple business days. When they did respond (May 3rd) they received all of the information and asked that i contact the hotel via the information that they gave me. I used the email address they gave me to contact the hotel - sent multiple emails and received nothing back. I finally called the hotel and spoke with the manager there who advised me that I need to go through *************. I responded to ************* indicating the situation and went back and forth. I have an e-mail thread going back from May 3rd through yesterday (6/22). I asked for a supervisor and they said they'd get back to me in **** business days (6/15). I have not heard anything since then and have emailed repeatedly stating that I would file a BBB complaint if I do not hear back. They chose to do nothing instead. I would like a refund of the $70. Literally that's it and you would have made that money back by now because I've been traveling consistently for weeks now but I refuse to stay at any partner hotels until this is resolved. It's ridiculous. I could have been offered a discount on a room or two and I would have been fine but the customer service has literally decided to just ignore me due to an issue with booking a room through the mobile site. It has been almost two months since my request to cancel and explanation of the issue (I have the email thread) and that was a month prior to the actual stay date.
