Both Sandy and Scott gave us excellent attention and customer service over the course of two days, making sure that our request was not only met but exceeded. Our sales person Scott L. Was awesome! Very friendly and answered all of our questions. They were able to squeeze us in for a Saturday delivery since our refrigerator suddenly died. Would definitely recommend Bitter Neumann!

My sales specialist was Sandy S. She was so very helpful and patient through all of my visits and purchases. All of my questions were answered and I look forward to seeing how all of my furniture looks when it's delivered. I am very satisfied with my experience, plan to shop here again, and would highly recommend Bitter Neumann to anyone who is looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

Bought many things from this store. Broke down and finally bought an extended warranty due to a lot of furniture and everything appliance purchases at once. New home construction. Holy hell! Jim, the repair guy is awesome. He came out twice. Once to find the problem. 2nd to fix the problem. He knows his stuff. Beyond that Bitter Nuemann has been around forever. There’s a reason for that. They will get you what you want and at the right price. I’m calling awesome sauce!
