            On Friday march 22, 2024 I went to nails world to get a gel manicure. I was greeted and was sat down by an employee who started soaking my nails in acetone which is normal procedure. Unfortunately this employee left me to attend to another customer. My ******************** soaked in acetone for over a half a hour. This caused my nails to become very thin, brittle and painful. By Sunday I had 3 broken nails. I wrote a review on ****** and he replied that hes very sorry and I must have came at a busy time, its not an excuse for the issue and said I should come into the shop to resolve the problem. On Tuesday 3/26/24 my boyfriend went into the shop to try and get a refund. He said that they dont do refunds and wanted to schedule an appointment to fix my nails. For a gel manicure you have to soak the polish off and then use an electric nail file to get the old off. I believe if this was to be done again I would Have virtually no nail left. There is no way to fix them without destroying my nails even more.
