I bought a carburetor from them for my snowblower. When I went back to them when it came in, I told them that I didn't need it because I had fixed my snowblower. They told me that there was a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. When I originally purchased the part the girl that helped me said that it was in there warehouse. There is nothing posted anywhere or on the receipt, nor was I told that if I didn't need it this would be the case. When I explained this to the person at the counter, who was not the same person that originally helped me, she was very nasty to me and said well didn't you ask. Why would I ask if I wasn't aware of it in the first place. I want a full refund and not a partial. Plus the machining on the carburetor was awful. Plus an apology from the business for the way I was talked to by the person at the counter.
