  I installed the Peragon Bed Cover per instructions and manufacturers videos. The bed cover does not fit or seal to the tailgate. After many, many emails Im more aggravated, irritated and plain ****** off with the lack of concern for my time. I was sent one a new gasket to adhere to the existing gasket to extend the meeting point between cover and tailgate, it did not work. A second gasket was sent out and the instructions were to apply/adhere that gasket to the tailgate, which is totally preposterous. I was then told (email) that my 2023 Doge Ram trucks can come out of the factory outside of the normal manufacturer tolerances which is beyond ridiculous. Its obvious Peragon wont accept accountability because they have a manufacturing issue and instead want to place blame a billion dollar company such as Chrysler Dodge for the in adequate fit of their bed cover. I was offered an option where I was remove the cover and field destroy it, cutting and bending up pieces of the bed cover parts, then send pictures they would send a refund. I was also told to take the scrap metal to a metal scrap yard to get money that would help defray my hours spent removing and field destroying the bed cover. . I have been emailing back and forth on this since January 16, 2024. The emails and pictures will support my claim. I want a full refund of $1023.02 immediately. I will then have someone come and get the pile of junk off my property. I still have four holes 3/8 inch in diameter that I had to drill for installation into the bed of my brand new truck, that I will have to pay to have filled I filed a complaint with the **** due to Peragon poor efforts in resolving this matter due to their manufacturing inconsistencies.
