We built a home with BGI Equity Development, they partnered with ******* Builders. The gentleman we have agreement ad have been working with is named *****************************. The home was sold to us in a state that is embarrassingly bad. Items done to a low level of quality, items missing, items posing safety hazards, items incomplete wrong all the above. Multiple items we paid for missing from the property, financials we are owed have been stated theyd be worked on months ago. We have followed up daily on the matter often with little to no communication. When we do get communication its often just to satisfy us that day and littered with excuses and empty promises. Our home has required someone be on site every weekday for the last 10 weeks so they can attempt to fix. Many days they dont show up at all, other days they waste the day and everyones time away. The decisions they have been making have cost my family thanksgiving and now will cost us being able to enjoy Christmas in our home. They seemingly find it a good idea to ahead of a holiday rip apart as much as they can leaving us a mess to clean and an ugly site to look at until it can later be repaired. Its disgusting, its embarrassing. We want this work done and our money owed delivered to us asap. It seems its entirely on their schedule and their schedule is slow, wasting time and filled with lies. Its our house, we paid for it yet we have no say in what is being done. We are also getting emails from individuals with no experience or knowledge of the job that are complicating matters more. We daily have service people in our home who we do not know who they are, who they represent, or what they will be doing. Our personal privacy is 100% invaded daily, people wandering our home with no advance knowledge of what they will be doing.I have many emails of my contact and photos I can submit if required.We'd like this addressed as quickly as possible to put some pressure on these individuals.
