Hired *************************** with Clutch Contracting to be my GC on a new home build. There were unresolved issues with my home but my title agency assured me I could make final payment prior to the completion as I wouldnt be responsible for paying for final touches. ******* was wrong as **** has been unreachable since. Weve left messages and emails without success. **** agreed to fix the siding on my house as long as I submitted final payment, but supplies were never ordered when I checked with ****** on 1/4/2023. I have glossy splotches all over my house and the painter previously admitted it was due to painting when the plaster was still wet. I was also told weather stripping was removed for the door jambs to be painted which was a complete lie by the picture. My carpet going down the stairs was not spliced together well enough in a spot where there is a noticeable gap. I would also like the flooring guy (Chemos) to look at areas where the Vinyl Planking was not connected correctly cause a ridge.I have cracks along wall edges and by the ceiling and they are worsening in number and severity.The concrete apron is mismatched as they had to redo due to damage from rain and a subcontractor drove on it wet. There is also cracking and chipping on the edge of my front stoop.Electrical wire was knicked by someone and duct taped. Contacted the building inspector who said she would reach out to **** and fix, but havent heard from her.I would also like to complain about the placement of my electrical panel in relation to where my bathroom wall is to go. Unacceptable.I want all these issues properly fixed. There is supposed to be a 1 year warranty but what good is it when you cant get ahold of ****? I have a coworker who build a house 1-2 yrs ago in ********* and she never had any issues like this. Hasnt even had cracking in her plasternot even during the build and I had holes and cracks all over.I have pictures of everything but cant upload due to size.
