I purchased a purebred Pembroke corgi from ********* Coats( ******). Coats Corgi ***** and D Corgi Coats is what they advertise as their kennel. I made a deposit on 10/27/2021 and final payment and pick up on 11/12/2021. My puppy was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and will need medical intervention. I informed her the same day it was diagnosed 2/23/22. On 2/24/22 ********* stated she would give me a partial refund of $1000. Not only has she not done as she said she is also fraudulently registering her puppies with AKC. Also fraudulently advertising and telling people her puppies are full Pembroke welsh corgis. I had genetic testing done on my puppy and the dna results came back as my dog being a mixed breed. The parents being mixed, grandparents and great grandparents. When I received the results it had been over 40 days since I last had contact with the breeder. I sent text messages and ******** messages with no response from the breeder. I have proof of sending medical records, all our texts where agreeing to refund me and the genetic test results. They refuse to provide proof of the parents medical testing, to inform the owners of the dogs puppies of the genetic disorder that could have also passed down to their puppies or tell people they are not purebred corgis as advertised.

This woman is crazy and must be on some kind of drugs. I offered to take the dog back for a full refund if she is not happy with her puppy. She has a contact for no breeding the dog and there was intent to breed. Also in my contract it states that she will not get a refund unless the dog is returned. The contract she has for the dog does not cover Hip dysplasia because it can be environmental and it is extremely rare in Corgis. This woman will suffer the consequences and I am in the process of taking her to court right now and suing her for up to $100,000 hopefully some jail time will occur Or time in a mental health facility. I did offer her ***** back and her keep the dog if I was shown the vet paperwork But that is definitely off the table with how much damage she has occurred. I was also never sent the vet paperwork And obviously this woman has a mental health illness. I will still give her a full refund when I receive the dog back as the contact orders. For what she has done to me on ************ as of slander that will be the court to decide how much she owes me.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[I have provided proof of the *** test, text messages where she states what Im right in what I am saying and the agreement. Ive sent a photo of the email that she received and it shows that it was sent to her. It shows that she is advertising the dogs as purebred when they are not. Ive sent all paperwork proof to her from my vet. It shows agreed upon refund. It shows that she said the parents have had all testing and then later that she does NOT test for hip issues in the breeding dogs. What it doesnt show is where she has been attacking me with threats, name calling and posting all of my private information online. She has ignored me for a very long time and I have never threatened her, called her names or even been rude about this situation.

      Regards,
