We hired contractor, Quality Exteriors of Wisconsin, who replaced a roof down the street. We wanted our roof replaced & gutters w/Leaf Filters placed on the front & back of our house. We explained exactly what we wanted & when we wanted it done. We gave a down payment on 6/1 for 1/2 for the gutter install - $1,100 & for 1/2 of the roof replacement - $*****. They Installed the gutters on 6/9/21 & a payment of $1,100 was made. The son had an issue w/when we wanted to do the roof replacement which took several emails to him and multiple texts and phone calls to the father to set a date which was agreeable to both parties. Had several problems during installation which began on 6/15/21 was completed 6/16/21 &/a final payment of ***** was made . It took 3 wks & several emails to get pd. recpt. We told them there were water leaks. It took a wk & several more emails to get someone to fix it. It still leaks in the same place. Want them to come & fix it properly. No warranties received.
