      On May 28, 2024 we ordered sugar free chocolates from ******** and before that an order placed on February 2024. As of this date, 08/28/2024, we have not received anything but our credit card bill showing our order being charged. I have called numerous times and only once someone answered with no answer to why I was calling. We have ordered from this company on numerous occasions with no problems in the past. How and who do I report this nonsense?

      I had a successful fulfillment in 2023 so I placed another order - on May 6, 2024. Large order for Birthdays, Father's Day, Pride..... Continuously checking website for status of order and like many others just got the Waiting Fullfilment message. On July 6 I started calling and emailing - consistently every other day for a month for status. They however did not wait any time to put through the charges to my credit card and I passed the timeframe to refute. They are a small business, I get that. Challenges happen. But be honest - respond - don't just steal money and close down. Now website has disappeared.

      Im so disappointed and angry at Jackies Chocolates. I ordered back on April 4th, 2024. I never received my order and after contacting them through email and attempting to call their customer service number, I have gotten no response. I just read that they are not recognized by the BBB for this very reason. So, its not unusual for them to take your money, but fail to deliver your order. Ill never order from them again and Ill be happy to let everyone know to stay away from this company.

      Placed my order 4/28/24. Never received a receipt or order number. Made several attempts to reach them but they all failed. Still to this date I have not received my order. **** shame because I have done several orders with them in the past and everything went like clock work. Totally disappointed and now out of $52 dollars.

      This review is re customer service and delivery since I never received the chocolates so can't review that part. I received confirmation on date ordered April 24th. Website says fulfillment can take up to 21 days, which has passed. Jackie's website says I have no account even though I've ordered from them once before and received the package, so can't check order status that way which I wanted to because I was heading out of town and **** ******* is getting hot! I've contacted Jackie's by email, phone (no answer or callback to my vm) and online form.

      I have ordered for Mothers day on April 10th, 2024. they posted Mothers day candy so thought I was good. But it hasn't even been fullfilled yet and today is the 9th of May. I have called 5 times and also emailed several times no response, I will go to the bank and cancel the charge, This company is the worst in service. Now I remember i ordered a few years back and the candy came after Mothers day. Never again and I will block all there social reach outs to me

      they have been sitting on my order since 3/21. Cant get any response. Good product but not worth the wait or terrible customer service. but they keep send emails to buy more. never again

      The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there are no negative stars. I ordered on February 2 for Valentines Day. It never came and after I contacted O was told they had a new disclaimer which stated that they needed 45 days to deliver. That was ok. I told them I would wait. 60 days later I am still waiting. I backtracked and searched for any email of refunds I might have gotten, and nothing. I went to my account page on Jackie’s, and it says they cancelled my order on April 22. I checked my ****** account on April 28 and there was no sign of any refund. They cancelled my order but never sent me a refund. Its a shame, this used to be a legitimate company.
