Drove an hour and half up to look at a used 2011 Dodge Ram 4x4 for my son. He was informed it was available and that there were no issues with the truck. He made an offer and they countered that he offered again and they said they could do that. Said we'd be up by 7pm on Monday night 7/19/2021. Upon arriving at the dealership we parked my truck in front of the showroom front door walked over to the Ram to see tires that were basically bald and not sure of how they passed state inspection and to also find a nail in the front tire right on the edge almost in the sidewall, then the inside of the vehicle was filthy looked like they never detailed/cleaned it for the lot then we noticed that the transmission light was on and that there was a known transmission line leak somewhere. We then proceed to walk the entire lot looking at different vehicles and even went inside and not once were we even acknowledged. Pretty sad considering they knew we would be there at 7pm. The truck was totally misrepresented on their website ad and on their video walk around. Not sure how the ***** of ********* lets dealerships like this operate. Complete embarrassment to other dealerships. These guys are the reason no one likes shopping for cars! STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! If I could report this a negative star review I would!
