When request for lease renewal was sent, a due date for signature was set (which was not clear), tenants had questions which were not responded to until after the due date. Company charge a $50 fee for emailing the document again. There was no notice that a fee would apply if the renewal was not signed by the due date. A ************* requirement was implemented with no communicated due date for completion. Tenants were charged $200 for not completing the profiles. Latest allegation is that dog waste was not cleaned ** in the yard, which is incorrect. Tenants were charged miscellaneous fees totaling $300. Company has also refused to provide tenants with documentation for utilities being charged. Tenants are paying bills without seeing the usage or verification the correct amounts are being billed.
