On 3/25/2022 at 9am I had an appointment to get a manicure at Happy Nails in *********, **. At 9:37am I checked out and the woman told me I owed $35.00 for the services and was to only pay in cash. I explained to her that I only had a card and have always paid with a card in the past. She said I had to pay with cash. I again explained I didnt have cash and could only pay with card as I have always done. She then said ugh! Fine! And grabbed my card quickly from my hand and handed me my receipt. She uncharged me $10.00 without even telling me due to using a card. I questioned her and she said rudely no I said it was $45.00! I was very upset because not only was I not told about being charged additional to what I was told it would be but they also used dirty manicure supplies like previously used and not clean nail files, in sanitized work areas and uncleaned brushes. After my services the man who did my nails took another client right away and used the same supplies he used on me without any cleaning or sanitation. This is a serious health hazard, especially during the ***** pandemic.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I want the company to refund my service. I tried to discuss this with them at the time of service and staff was very rude. Calling them to discuss again will not be sufficient or get me anywhere as it has not done so before. ]
