Hired them to install my bathroom counter top, under mount sink. To start after they came For the fitting made cuts in my brand new vanity without my consent, then on the day of the install hade to make more cuts to fit the over sized sink in, install looked like a 3 year old did it the cuts to the vanity where crooked and the sink was crooked and pinched on the right side.The sink was installed crooked and dropped on the left side. So they came Back to fix the sink issue now theirs a crack in my brand new countertop and chips all around the inside of the sink bowl. Choose wisely. A company that does not stand behind their work kept saying they would fix but only how they wanted to fix and just keep making matters worse this has now been 40 days and I still dont have a bathroom sink.

******** Granite and Marble has been in contact with ***** during the entire project. During initial templating/measuring for the countertop, 2/19, the template tech advised the sink selected would NOT fit into the cabinet as requested. ***** was not on site he had his contractor on site. The contractor on site cut the cabinet to fit the sink. ******** Granite and Marble does NOT do cabinet work. After the initial installation 2/29, we were contacted and advised the sink was not sitting correctly. Our VP visited the site on 3/11 and talked with ***** about shifting the sink or provided a discount, he requested us to shift the sink. Our install manager dispatched out to remount sink on 3/18, but was unable to shift the sink as it was pinched in the cabinet, he discussed the issue with ****** father who was onsite. The install manager, returned again, with an install crew on 3/27 to remove the original sink, they had to break the sink to remove it as it was pinched in the cabinet. They then mounted the new sink. The install manager noticed a couple chips and sanded those down, everything looked acceptable. ***** then shared there were more chips and a crack in the stone, a technician was scheduled to repair 4/1 to complete the repairs. ***** was still unhappy with the repair, ******** Granite and Marble advised we would remake the piece. Scheduled for installation 4/11.
