    Appointment was originally scheduled for August 17th at 9am. The drive from my home to the merchants location is over an hour and the merchant sent me message via text at 7:46am canceling the appointment and I had already left my home to arrive promptly as scheduled and was unable to see the message as it is illegal to text and drive. I was able to reschedule to August 24th at 10:00am. I had a work emergency come up and messaged the number that I received my text confirmation from at 7:51am on August 24th. An automated message came back offering times to reschedule. The times did not work so I later reached out to the merchant via ******** messenger and did not get a response. Since I had already paid $320 as a deposit, which was more than the special that was advertised, at the time, I should have only been charged $220, I had even informed the merchant via messenger that it was not showing and did not get a response. I just concluded that it was for possible incidentals incurred during the appointment. I wanted to get my appointment in, so I reached out via text message. The merchant then informed me that I no call no showed for my appointment and there would be a $50 fee to reschedule. I sent her a screenshot of my messages and the automated response that indicated I could reschedule and there was no mention in this response of a reschedule fee or that I needed to offer more of a notice and to contact the merchant directly. The merchant informed me this was not a way to contact her and a 24 hour notice is required as well. I sent her a screen shot of what comes up under her cancellation policy when I click book now from ********. This does not show. I have attempted to reach out to the business as I am no longer comfortable receiving services from her due to her lack of booking ethics and lack of follow through. I have attempted to resolve this with the business owner and my texts and messages go unanswered. I am seeking a refund of my $320 charge from 8/15.
