I reached out to State Farm Agent Steve Pierick for clarification of increased charges on my Novembers auto insurance bill. He could not explain why my monthly payment went from $86.47 to $405.16. I have been insured through State Farm for 31 years. As a loyal customer, I felt let down and insulted after Steve told me that he did not know why the amount increased and said maybe I am unable to meet your needs. He also told me that ****** (Agent/Customer Service Rep) or ***** ***********************/Office Manager) wouldnt know, and I could not talk to underwriting after I asked to speak to them individually regarding the increased amount.I transferred to a new agent and my records transferred to the new agent including the $405.16. I paid $244.45 and am requesting a refund of $157.98 (less the $86.47 payment for November) since the amount stems from Steves unexplained charges.

I have had insurance through State Farm for multiple years. In the last 6 month, I rented my duplex to my State Farm insurance agents assistant ***********************. She contacted and harassed me nearly ever day of the 3 months she lived in my duplex with problem that didnt exist, things that were not issues, and things that she herself broke and blamed on my neglect. ***** shared with the underwriting department that the duplex has water issues and apparently damage. Although none of this was true. She broke the faucet in the bathroom which was fixed. The day I tried to fix the faucet she called the police on me and the contractor. She also stated there was an issue with the foundation with was also fixed. She used these to get me kicked off my policy with State Farm even though she knew the items were fixed while she was living there. Which means she purposely and maliciously have me kicked off my insurance knowing these were no longer an issue. As a resolution I want my policy re-instated. And a written apology for ***********************.
