We hired a landscaping company to replace weed barrier all around our property. Install concrete curbing and add more stones to many areas that were very, very thin. The company did not finish the work in the fall. They did not come back to do a walk through so I had to ask them to come back so I could point out what was unfinished. The job ******* and agreed and said they would be back in the spring as some issues with our curving had to cure over winter. I have been calling the owner of this company a couple of times a week since March and emailing him equally as often and he is still not come out to finish their work. He has ghosted me on several occasions. After weeks of him not even responding to requests, he did finally respond to one call and scheduled us for May 31st to finish up. No one showed. Per usual he did not answer my phone call but actually did text me with an excuse and said he would call and things settled down later that day. It is 2 days later he still has not called me back. I have tried several times between then and now and he refuses to respond. I emailed them this morning. Cordially, instead of I didn't get a call back I was going to file a complaint with a better business bureau. I still have not heard back from him. We paid him a lot of money for a service he has not completed and for some reason he won't come back. I have no idea why as he has never said he won't return a call. He won't return an email and on several occasions they have ghosts to me. Like I've already said. I could really use some assistance. The company does not list a street address nor was it in your directory. I had to use my address to satisfy the form.
