Its been 4 months and our dishwasher is still broken and we still have not heard from Johnson Appliance about it being fixed. I have decided since I have called 5-6 times in the last 4 months and still have no answers that I believe Johnson is fraudulently taking warranty calls and accepting monies from the warranty company and not fixing appliances. I believe, it is not normal to not have no date or estimate on parts arriving. I personally feel as a local business owner that I would not take repair calls if I was unable to provide the services needed?Initial Complaint

on 12-21-21 I placed a service request for a malfunctioning oven in a newer ** stove. The tech came out on 12-22-21, ID'd the problem, told me he would order the part and schedule an installation in one to two weeks. Never called. I called Johnson at lest 25 times in the last 11 months. At one point, they said they could get the part in a few days and schedule the install within a week. That did not happen. I have called many times, including yesterday and today. The receptionist said she has left multiple notes on both managers and the owner's desks, yet they do not return calls. I have been without an oven for 11 months. They charged me for the service call. I want them to order the part and get it installed. That's what they are in business to do. I am beyond frustrated. Please help!
