I put out an ad, I needed someone to maintain my website I already had. A few companies got back to me I spoke with **** from Kahoodigitals and he was so nice and was willing to do payments I was so happy i dont have a lot of money. they switched the person I was working with which was weird I should have known right there . they started talking to me about a website I told them I already had one but they wanted to start from the beginning so I thought this was included since I was very clear on what I needed. I shouldn't have assumed. So they already knew I didn't have much money I was doing Payments and I told them there was no time frame it's whenever I can do it and **** said ok. the new guy kept pressing me for money and i was getting upset I didn't have $650 for a logo and website. not only did it *********** months for a website and yes I did change my mind a few times I didn't like the website so i gave them things to fix. I've made 3 websites and it took me less then 3 hours to do it how i wanted it and it took a professional company 6 months. I needed them to maintain my website because I am so busy I didn't have time to do it they called me everyday ,texted,emailed,waited to do anything until I got back to them it was ridiculous I didn't have time to talk.I asked for a refund 4 months ago before any work was done.they said no. I was furious,now I am stuck with a website I didn't need they won't even give me the information to log in it's not even done they have some woman's picture as the owner they were not supposed to publish it until these things were fixed then he would not take it down when I asked I had to go in and change my domain. I was very embarrassed. They won't give me my information to log in my own site.I paid $650 and I have nothing but a logo. I just messaged them again I've called emailed and no answer. please help I lost my mom and sister to ***** and now this I can't take anymore I want my money back please I never treat people this wayInitial Complaint

This company calls all hours of the day to get you to spend money on products that dont work and have so many issues I spent money on a website that has not been working they lie and steal and is very unprofessional I would like my money back in form they are scammersInitial Complaint

In the fall of 2021 I contracted with Kahoo Digitals to build and deliver a website for SAFE TRIP MOTOR CLUB. I paid one half and then in full in 30 days more than $3000 with ******************* (fictious name) Then the work was assigned to ******************* (fictious name), I asked ***** on numerous attempts to provide a receipt for the monies paid and a copy of the signed contract which he never provided. The project schedule was not met and went several months longer than promised. Then, almost monthly ***** required more money which I paid and can verify this via my bank account statements. I requested many items from them for about 11 months such as the testing program used and the source code as well as the artwork. Finally after many apologizes and excuses I still don't have them. I submitted various lists of unfinished or un provided items and each time I was promised resolution. I was promised these items by ***** ****** *** and ******** but they never provided them. Again and again they have asked me for more money, the last request was for me to pay for the source code and testing plan. Now they will not accept my phone calls.Initial Complaint

During December 2021, my wife and I began working with Kahoo Digitals to create a business website. On the 16th we finalized some details, including a 100% money back guarantee at any step, and made the first payment of $360.50 on 12/20/21. As time passed and the work was supposed to be getting done, we made another payment of $180.25 on 3/25/22, then what we believed to be the final $175 payment on 5/20/22. But only 4 days later they contacted us again and said that they needed more to do another part of the website. We didn't think anything of it, and agreed to make a $300 payment then, and would pay the remaining on 06/15/22. That was when things started to get suspicious. On 5/30/22 my wife was going through our finances and recording them, as she does regularly, and noticed that there was a $200 charge made to Kahoo on 5/27/22 and a $200 charge made to Archor Consultants on 5/29/22. We had not authorized those charges so we called our credit card company to look into those charges, cancelled our old card, and began trying to get answers. On June 1st my wife learned that Kahoo claimed that I had authorized those charges. I had not and she insisted that they email us the invoices that day. They didn't. On June 2nd I called again and said that we wanted our money back, all of it, because we had a moneyback guarantee. They attempted to sweet talk me, as they had before, but I wouldn't hear it. I told them they had 10 days to give us our moneyback before we started taking legal actions. We have a witness. They did send us invoices that day, but we suspect they are fake. We even learned they didn't even register the Domain Name for our website! My wife filed a negative review on BBB.org. On June 7th we heard from another Kahoo employee trying to figure out the story. I gave him the same information with the same deadline. The deadline has passed, and Kahoo has not returned our money. We want our money back, $1415.75. We are unsatisfied customers.Initial Complaint
