    They changed our moving date first. Then came late the next day and with 2 guys vs 3 that I hired. They appeared to Mingle around make calls for 20 minutes then said ( this was the manager of the company) who I spoke with along time ahead reviewing what I had to move. We had moved 1 bedroom and sold quite a few things.,. Suddenly the manager says he cannot move my stuff, its everything or nothing. His helper wanted to get started, but no they just walked away in a very unprofessional manner. Never saw them again. I never got my refund as promised ( around 1,000$) I had to initiate that. I booked this company thru uhaul. Its a joke DO NOT USE THEM!!! Scam!

    Reached out to customer week prior to move and continuously got voicemail. We are an independent company that uhaul subcontracts us to do jobs. Our job calendar had the day blocked that she wanted us. A day before the job she finally calls asking why we didnt call. We did numerous times. We told her we did not have her day available and the booking should of not went through. That was on Uhauls side. So we fit her in on another day even though we didnt really have room. Moving day came and my workers showed up at her place. She had absolutely NOTHING packed up. Wanted the movers to carry all the unpacked items across the distance of a baseball field to another appt. She wanted the movers to move open shelving units with breakable items left unsecured on it. Everything would of gotten broken. Once the movers explained that her items would get damaged if they were to proceed like that. She became very belligerent and verbally abusive by swearing and calling them names, becoming downright violent. No reputable company would of done this move. Customers must have their belongings packed up and ready to go. We did find out later that she had done this to 2 other moving companies. Seeing she booked us through uhaul, we did not take her payment. They did. Uhaul had the hold on her card, not us. Therefore we had no access to the funds. Uhaul did and thats why they had to be the ones to refund her. And she was told this. Thats why uhaul gave her a code. Once a job is completed through uhaul, the customer gives the ********************** the code and then uhaul releases the money to us. The job was not completed due to the customer so therefore we did not get a code and had no access to you money!! It was not our companies fault that uhaul booked her on a blocked day. It is not our companies fault that the customer was not ready or packed. If the customer would of been packed and not acting erratic and abusive, the job would of been completed. I do feel sorry for whomever she conned into doing this job. To the customer, for future reference, make sure your packed and dont verbally abuse the help. Also neither worker verbalized that they wanted to proceed. Im sorry you feel you need to take your frustrations out on our very reputable company, when the the frustration was caused by yourself. Your abuse has now turned into harassment and vindictiveness. What you have stated does not reflect any truth. This will be the last communication now that weve put the truth out there.
